What is the Noble County Drainage Board?
Indiana Drainage Boards are govern by Indiana State Statue Code Title 36-9-27. The Drainage Board has the authority to reconstruct and to widen regulated drains and to assess the costs of such projects from the owners of the land that benefits from any such project.
The Board meets on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Monday of the month.
