Noble County 2005-2006 Line Striping Request for Quote

NOTE:     All the items of work listed below are to be used for the determination of the total quotation bid price submittal and shall include all labor, equipment appurtenances necessary for the completion of this project. Noble County reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of line striping by up to 10%. The quantities listed below are estimates only and final quantities will be paid based on actual measurements. All work and material will  meet current INDOT standards and specifications with the exception that oil based paint will be used in lieu of water based and only one coat of paint will be placed. Certifications for all material will be provided to the county before work begins. Noble County reserves the right to have a member of the highway department ride along during all painting. Quantities of material used will be verified by Noble County on a daily basis. Paint will be placed at manufacturer recommended rate and glass beads will be placed at a minimum rate of six (6) pounds of beads per gallon of paint used. Noble County Highway will be notified before any painting is performed daily. Work will begin within 20 days of County Notice to Proceed and all work will be completed by May 15, 2006.

Please note that by filling out the table below and hitting the submit button, this will automatically email your information to the Noble County Highway Engineer.  Confirmation will be sent to you showing your information was received.  Quotes may be cancelled and/or resubmitted and changed up until the deadline of October 7, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. local time.  Email sent times will be the basis if a quote was submitted on time.  Quotes will only be read by the county engineer until after the said deadline.
