Public Health Nurse/Childhood Immunization Clinic

Provides immunizations for children birth through 18 and college students entering after high school graduation; immunizations for emergency first responders (call for information); TB testing (nominal donation)

Childhood Immunization Clinic held each Wednesday of the month by appointment only.

Residential/Commercial Septic System

A permit and installation by a licensed installer is required for any new installation or repair of a septic system in Noble county. Investigations are also conducted on ay discharge of sewage or other public health/nuisance complaint.

Retail Food Establishments

The Food Division is responsible for licensing and inspecting Noble County’s retail food establishments, temporary food establishments in conjunction with special events and festivals, conduction food borne illness investigations and responding to food related consumer complaints.

This division is also responsible for inspection of Tattoo/Body Piercing establishments and investigation of reportable animal bites.

All Noble county birth and death records are available from 1882-present. Money Order or cash only for birth/death/genealogy requests-no personal checks accepted. A birth/death certificate can be obtained in office, by mail or online at www.vitalchek.com
